Mr. Neumayr has nearly 20 years of experience with strategic programs and systems designed to protect and support Federal interests domestic and abroad.  With varying levels of experience from technician up to executive management roles, Mr. Neumayr has gained a holistic understanding of mission critical business and been able to demonstrate an ability to identify, develop,  and implement key programs inside small to medium sized businesses to promote long term growth and stability. Mr. Neumayr has spent the last twelve years specializing in Federal markets and has developed and launched strategic programs to support critical missions inside DOD, DOE, and DOI.  Mr. Neumayr also brings a wealth of knowledge in Federal procurements managing on both the capture and delivery side of large multi-agency IDIQs and various GWACs.

Mr. Neumayr’s experience is complemented with a Master’s degree from Webster University out of St. Louis and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from WSCU along with community involvement as a Board of Directors member and a coach with a local youth hockey organization.
